The attractive working opportunities, the unique landscape and the large local recreational area have no doubt played a role in bringing you to the beautiful canton of Zug. It is not easy settling into a new environment, and in some circumstances it can even be quite a challenge.

To help you feel at home in the canton of Zug more quickly and easily, our association would like to offer you ways to get involved in local social projects. Societies and clubs in the canton that are open to new members are also included.

Each year, Let's Talk offers a varied and light-hearted day of togetherness for “young” and “old”, new arrivals and long-time residents. We bring people from different cultural backgrounds together, promoting mutual understanding through direct dialogue. We invite newcomers to get to know local people, and vice versa.

Numerous Zug societies and organisations introduce themselves in a lively, uncomplicated way. Here you can actively participate in fun activities. On our stage, we present a range of performances by local and international artists:  Modern dance, folk dance, raps, choirs and much more. Come and see what's on offer. Cultural highlights provide entertainment and fun for the whole family!

This year, we have a special guest – Kunsthaus Zug – whom we have to thank for bringing the international “Ship of Tolerance” project to Zug. We look forward to a fabulous cultural afternoon and evening. Don't miss the official inauguration of the ship at 5 p.m. by the Rössliwiese with people from all over the world.

We look forward to seeing you on

Saturday, 10th September 2016 from 3 p.m.

Let's Talk about what Zug can do for you, and what you can do for Zug.
